How it works
Record a run
Track your run with GPS in the app. Distance, pace and elevation, the usual — plus what it earned you.
Capture the flag
Every city gets one flag a week, hidden on a real street. Run through it and it is yours, along with the FrenzyCoins it holds.
Take the throne
Whoever runs the most kilometres inside a city is its Boss. Hold the throne and it pays you weekly. Lose it and you can take it back.
Level up
Levels, medals and badges for the distances you cover, the streaks you keep and the places you reach. It all works whether or not anyone else is running near you.
About email
FrenzyRun has no passwords. You sign in by entering your email address and typing back the one-time code we send you. That code is the only email FrenzyRun sends you unless you ask for something else.
We do not send newsletters or marketing email, we never import or buy address lists, and we never email an address that the account holder did not type in themselves.
